The Club

Welcome to the Inner Calm Quest club – where education meets fun and experiential learning! Our carefully created curriculum consists of 30 engaging, one-hour classes designed to empower students with essential life skills, fostering resilience, positivity, and self-awareness. 

What is the club content?
  • The club was designed to cover 1-hour classes for 30 weeks.
  • For each class, there are instructions for the student leader to run each class.
  • Each class is research-based and covers key topics like neuroscience, positive psychology, behavior pattern recognition (how does the amount of sleep affect how we feel?), etc.    
  • Through dynamic workshops, interactive activities, and hands-on exercises, students will learn stress management, focus enhancement, activities to excite the parasympathetic nervous system (calm), and fun activities like laughing yoga.  This is all to provide tools and techniques to cultivate their inner calm.
  • No cost to the school, this is my effort to give back to the community

  • Laughing Yoga: Experience the joy of laughing yoga, a unique blend of laughter exercises and yoga deep-breathing techniques that promote stress relief and emotional well-being.
  • The Two-Minute Smile Challenge: Uncover the instant impact of a two-minute smile on your mood. Compare how you feel before and after, witnessing the power of positivity.
  • Tools for Self-Regulation: Learn practical strategies to manage emotions and reactions, empowering you to respond thoughtfully to life’s challenges.
Experiential Learning:
  • Embrace Your Inner Strength: Recognize and embrace your authentic self by shedding light on the avatars and personas we often construct. Cultivate self-love and tap into your inner resilience.
  • Mindfulness and Self-Awareness: Explore the art of mindfulness to gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and strengths. Cultivate self-awareness to make mindful decisions and build healthy relationships.
